Recently it was a very great joy to be present at the opening of the Huddersfield Christian Fellowship’s new ‘Cathedral House’, a massive and splendid building with a seating capacity of 2,100 costing millions to build.
Healing
‘God’s got an interesting way of doing things!’
This is a wonderful testimony from Tim Joy, who is a member of the Newfrontiers church in Heathfield, Sussex, UK. Also at the bottom there is a link so that you can actually listen to him sharing his testimony at King’s Church recently.
Lakeland, Florida and some remarkable news!
It was rather dire when I got there; we could not detect any breathing movements at all, and his body felt very cold to the touch. There was no pulse and his limbs were limp. Not being a medic I can’t claim he was dead but there was no evidence of life.
Memorable visit to Yalta
I have just returned from a memorable visit to Yalta in the Crimea, famously used by Churchill, Stalin and Roosevelt for their historic 2nd world war meeting.
Reflecting on New Word Alive
Maybe I still can’t pronounce it properly, but I really enjoyed my visit to the North Wales seaside town of Pwllheli where I spoke at the New Word Alive conference.
Receiving the Holy Spirit and Miracles in St Louis
I have recently returned from visiting the USA, where I had the privilege of addressing our annual Newfrontiers leaders and wives conference entitled Equipped for Mission.
God is real, He’s alive and moving among us
| don’t often preach at CCK now, so imagine my joy in receiving this e-mail a few days ago after preaching here. “Dear Elders, I just want to share how great God is.”
An Amazing Miracle
Wendy and I have just returned from the USA Newfrontiers Mid-West Family Weekend where we enjoyed an excellent time with hundreds of our friends from the Newfrontiers churches in the Mid-West. The whole weekend was very worthwhile but my lasting memory will be of the extraordinary miracle that Parker Marks experienced.
Welcome
My first entry comes from South Africa, where I will soon be speaking at our Cape Town Together on a Mission. Simon Pettit, whose sudden death left such a massive gap, used to host a similar conference here under the title Joy In The City and I look forward to meeting with hundreds of friends from churches across the city.
